Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 200+ employees across diverse systems
- Deploy and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments and mobile devices
- Manage ticketing systems and document solutions in knowledge base
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and projects
- Train users on new software and IT best practices
- Participate in after-hours rotation on-call support (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment pickups)
