Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripheral devices
- Monitor network security systems and escalate critical threats to senior engineers
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Conduct regular system maintenance and security updates
- Deliver user training on cybersecurity best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service focus
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and threat detection
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Spanish fluency preferred for diverse client interactions
