Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist users with system access, password resets, and account management
- Document all IT incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and security alerts
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and hardware
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
