Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktop/laptop systems
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure components
- Provide exceptional technical support to 100+ internal employees
- Document IT processes and maintain asset management systems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades
- Support cloud services (Microsoft Azure/O365) implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software methodically
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
