Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Assist with cybersecurity incident response and vulnerability remediation
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure platforms
- Create and maintain technical documentation for IT assets and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
- Support end-users with troubleshooting and training
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to obtain government security clearance (process provided)
