Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems across 50+ workstations
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist with server monitoring and basic system maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
- Participate in quarterly IT infrastructure audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with Windows OS and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work flexible hours
- Valid California driver's license for equipment transport
