Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 150+ workstations
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11 endpoints with Active Directory integration
- Assist with network troubleshooting using Cisco switches and Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Execute patch management and security updates across enterprise systems
- Document technical procedures in ITSM ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and network fundamentals
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash) preferred
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware deployment tasks
