Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage Active Directory environments and user account provisioning
- Assist with cloud infrastructure deployments (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system health and resolve escalations within SLAs
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced government contracting environments
- Valid U.S. government security clearance eligibility (required)
