Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain network security protocols and access controls
- Document IT procedures, incidents, and solutions in knowledge base
- Assist with cloud service administration (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and work in server environments
