Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues via phone, email, and remote tools
- Assist with hardware installations, configurations, and maintenance
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate support ticket records
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
- Conduct end-user training on new technologies
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and security practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
