Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset management databases
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot security vulnerabilities
- Deliver user training on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and system deployments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Strong customer service skills with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
