Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and remote assistanceDeploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and network equipment
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset inventories
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system integrations
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (willing to train)
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in server environments
