Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems in enterprise environments
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow and internal knowledge bases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cybersecurity initiatives
- Assist with cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure basics)
- Train end-users on new software implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, and network protocols
- Experience with troubleshooting Windows/macOS and mobile devices
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for occasional site visits)
