Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical escalations
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance projects
- Deliver user training on new technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in team environments

- Valid New Mexico driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
