- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal teams and external clients

- Participate in rotational training modules covering cloud infrastructure
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Support daily IT operations across multiple office locations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic understanding of computer hardware/software concepts

- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification (training provided)
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and work in office/server environments
