Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Participate in ongoing training to master new technologies and certifications
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Support end-users during system transitions and upgrades
Qualifications
