Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate asset records
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical challenges
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and system monitoring
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and initiatives
- Deliver exceptional user training and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to train)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues systematically
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for occasional site visits)
