Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for new and existing employees.
- Assist with network connectivity issues and hardware maintenance.
- Manage software updates, patches, and security protocols.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the help desk database.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on special projects and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and peripherals.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and internet troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain IT certifications (we support training).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if remote work is required.
