Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 500+ employees via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations, peripherals, and network infrastructure
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow and maintain asset management databases
- Collaborate with senior engineers on security patching and system upgrades
- Train end-users on software applications (Office 365, Salesforce, Jira)
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
- Assist with vendor management and procurement of IT equipment
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and documentation skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
