Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Monitor and maintain system health using monitoring tools like SolarWinds
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability scanning
- Support cloud migration projects for Azure and AWS environments
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in varied physical environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
