Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a professional manner.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates under supervision.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional IT experience is required; we provide the training.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and learn new technologies quickly.
