Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems, resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and software applications for a diverse user base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing database.
- Assist in the deployment of new devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile equipment, ensuring proper setup and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for process improvement and implement scalable solutions.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal network availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude toward solving complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
