Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support to internal staff and external clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and network peripherals.
- Log and track all help desk tickets in our management system and follow up to ensure resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques and best practices.
- Conduct software installations, updates, and basic security configurations on company devices.
- Maintain an organized and clean office technology environment.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
