Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software components
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system implementations
- Monitor network performance and security protocols
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory control
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
