Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist users with system setup, troubleshooting, and daily IT operations
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex problem-solving
- Conduct hardware installations and basic network configurations
- Participate in IT asset inventory and maintenance tasks
- Support cybersecurity best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional client site visits)
