Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and service logs.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex network issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for internal users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
