Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems including Windows OS and Microsoft 365 suite
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects including VLAN setup and firewall management
- Provide on-site technical support for client meetings and special events
- Monitor system health using tools like SolarWinds and ServiceNow
- Train end-users on new software implementations and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
- Customer service experience with excellent communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to train)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware components (printers, peripherals)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
