Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ employees
- Deploy and configure Windows/Linux systems with imaging tools like SCCM
- Document IT processes in Confluence and maintain ticket systems in Jira
- Assist with network monitoring using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Support cloud infrastructure projects including Azure/AWS deployments
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability assessments
- Train end-users on new software implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid US driver's license for occasional off-site work
