As an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to hero for our clients, resolving technical issues while building foundational skills in cybersecurity, cloud systems, and network administration. Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose hardware/software issues and implement solutions
- Document all interactions in our ticketing system with precision
- Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment setup
- Participate in weekly training sessions on emerging technologies
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and consumables
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- No technical experience required – we train from scratch!
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
