Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and customer interactions in ticketing systems
- Provide basic network troubleshooting and security awareness training
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical escalations
- Support office equipment setup including printers and mobile devices
- Participate in IT asset inventory management and lifecycle updates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent certification (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
