Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Assist with network connectivity issues and basic system administration tasks
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical problems
- Participate in IT asset management and inventory tracking
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a patient, problem-solving approach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
