Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets in a timely manner.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior staff to implement IT best practices and security protocols.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics to identify connectivity problems.
Qualifications
