Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity and security protocols
- Create and maintain user documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and projects
- Monitor ticket queues and resolve issues within SLA targets
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
