Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical solutions in our knowledge base and ticketing system
- Assist with network administration tasks including VPN setup and security protocols
- Train end-users on new software and system best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with customer service focus
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
