Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure hardware/software including VPNs, printers, and cloud applications
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools like Wireshark
- Document IT incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow ticketing system
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including patch management and access controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system migrations and upgrades
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
- Valid US driver's license for occasional equipment transport
