Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols in Active Directory
- Document IT processes, knowledge base articles, and incident reports
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Train staff on new software implementations and digital tools
- Monitor system health and perform preventive maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support Professional Certificate preferred
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot logically
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Customer service mindset with patience and adaptability
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional hardware deliveries)
