Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and document IT tickets using our ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of end-user devices (laptops, printers, mobile devices).
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify and resolve network connectivity problems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional on-call support.
