Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment, setup, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor and respond to incoming help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement network solutions.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct basic system security checks and updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to obtain industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
