Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to improve service delivery and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the technology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
