Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and clients.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct remote and on-site technical assessments to identify system vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to implement best practices for network security.
- Mentor new hires and participate in continuous learning workshops.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
