Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify system bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Perform routine system backups, updates, and security patches.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows & Mac).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications (we will sponsor training).
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for occasional off-site support).
