Responsibilities
- Assist users with hardware and software troubleshooting on a daily basis.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets via our ticketing system.
- Perform regular system updates and security patching.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff members.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist with the setup of new employee workstations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we provide training!).
