Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network peripherals.
- Assist in the setup of new employee workstations and account management.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts regarding network outages or security threats.
- Document technical procedures and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred).
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
