The Role
In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance. You will learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues while supporting our growing client base across the region.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technology solutions and upgrades.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support during business hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to the San Antonio office.
