Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat to end-users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (laptops, printers) and software applications.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure uptime.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals for corporate clients.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Ensure compliance with company security and data privacy policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
