Responsibilities
- Complete 8-week paid training program covering IT infrastructure, security protocols, and system administration
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and best practices
- Assist with cloud platform deployments (AWS/Azure fundamentals)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
