Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with system monitoring, maintenance, and security protocols
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure upgrades
- Support user training on new technologies and systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based services (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in disaster recovery testing and implementation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
