Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and peripherals
- Assist with system monitoring, backups, and security protocols
- Document IT processes and create user documentation
- Collaborate with senior team members on infrastructure projects
- Manage service tickets using ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1x/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
