Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux workstations and servers
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Monitor system health and proactively address performance issues
- Support cloud services (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Active Directory administration
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during system maintenance windows
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
