Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems across corporate environments
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 150+ employees via ticketing system and in-person assistance
- Monitor network security systems and escalate critical incidents to senior engineers
- Document IT procedures, asset inventories, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology implementation projects
- Perform system backups, maintenance, and patch management cycles
- Conduct user training on new technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools like ServiceNow or Jira
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (willing to train)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for technical/non-technical audiences
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid US driver's license for occasional off-site duties
